    Tracey Gurley is a dynamic and imaginative painter and designer whose works capture the bright and happy color of flowers, trees and landscapes.  Her desire is to bring joy to everyone who views her art.

    "People tell me that my art makes them feel good," she says, "and that's exactly the effect I want to create.  I paint mainly in acrylics because of their versatility, and I like to paint with bold, vibrant colors.  Colors that make you feel alive."

    Tracey has shown her original paintings broadly, created murals for homes and businesses, and teaches art classes in her studio.  Her work tends to the bright and beautiful, and has innumerable applications.   At Porterfield's, we feel that Tracey has a strong future in home decor and home fabrics, as well as all types of stationery and paper products and giftware.
