    Sara Mullen is an award-winning painter who has won numerous awards in her native Minnesota and has licensed her artwork broadly.

    Sara Mullen grew up in Southeast Minnesota along the Mississippi River, nestled in a valley surrounded by bluffs and with the river running nearby.  She has had a passion for art since childhood, and studied art at Winona State University for Fine Art, where she graduated with high honors, and at Western Wisconsin Technical College for Graphic Design, where she graduated with highest honors.  

    The artist's background and working experience in graphic design and commercial art have suited her well over the years as she matured into a successful painter and watercolorist.  Sara Mullen's artwork has been licensed for fabrics, rugs, tiles, kitchen linens and home decor products.
