   Johnny Karwan is a San Francisco-based artist and designer with a passion for all things natural, simple, colorful and exotic.

    A graduate of the San Francisco Art Institute and a professional artist of over thirty years, Johnny Karwan has created an enormous body of work that has ranged broadly across a wide and diverse array of sizes and media.

    Johnny Karwan has licensed his work on an array of products including greeting cards, paper products, ceramics, needlecraft, journals and diaries, apparel, fabrics and fine art prints.  He has created work for major companies including Pottery Barn, Old Navy, Crate & Barrel, Marshall Field's, Macy's, Nordstrom, Target, Amscan, Kimberly-Clark, Hue, Shopko, Tommy Hilfiger, Toys-R-Us, Baby Dior, Gap, Dillards, and many others.
